Of course this is a great opportunity for the collector of Scouting memorabilia, but it does beg the question <strong><u><font color=\"#800000\">\u2018WHAT WERE THEY THINKING??????????\u2019<\/font><\/u><\/strong>. Why on earth would they sell off one of the most recognisable symbols of Scouting?
