They all did very well and they came 4th out of 6 Troops. This is an improvement on last year as they were in last place!<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.nawbus.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSC00498Large.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right-width: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px\" title=\"DSC00498 (Large)\" border=\"0\" alt=\"DSC00498 (Large)\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.nawbus.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSC00498Large_thumb.jpg\" width=\"181\" height=\"268\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">One of our Scouts came first in the individual reserve shooters competition and I came second in the Leaders competition! <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The competition was run slightly differently from last year and was held on one day and not over two weeks which was an improvement. <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">I managed to get the job of a range marshal which made taking photos difficult, but I got one of the other Leaders to take some for me.&#160; <\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The day was rounded off by having a flyby from two Spitfires!<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.nawbus.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSC005302.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right-width: 0px; display: inline; border-top-width: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; border-left-width: 0px\" title=\"DSC00530 (2)\" border=\"0\" alt=\"DSC00530 (2)\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.nawbus.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/DSC005302_thumb.jpg\" width=\"244\" height=\"167\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019ve just come back from helping out at the District\u2019s archery competition which 5 of our Scouts took part in.
